THIS IS the party album to play, if it were still 1989-1990! Everyone could love a track off this!

"Back on the block" is still cool and it's cool how I used to think that the rappers on this cut try to battle each other on the verses! Personally Ice T's verse is the best, followed by big daddy kanes rap then kool mo dee's

The 2 cuts that follow are innocent sounding pop cuts that still rule! "I'll be good to you", is arguebally my fav track off album. Very upbeat and great vocals by ray charles and chaka khan!

"Places you find love" is a gorgeous anthemic tune that makes you happy your alive and Tevin's "Tomorrow" track reminds me of being a child and thinking like one. This track especially is very well sung, particually as it was one of tevin Campbells very early record perfromances (before "Round and round")!

Damn, the whole album is great, from Quincy's opening 'rap', to the end of "The secret garden", this is still a storming record, again reminding me of block parties when i was very young (about 3 or 4 proberly) so this album is very special to me! The amount of special guest on this album is astonishing, shame Michael jackson couldn't be bothered to take part in this celebratory record! That aside, this record serves the purpose that EVERYONE sounds like they are having a great time together, and it shows on the atmosphere on the tracks. Some of this may sound dated, but this is the music for me at the moment!

I seem to be the only person that really didn't dig this album. Secret Garden is one of my all time favorite tracks, but I couldn't get into the rest of the album.
