Does any1 know when the new CD by Babyface is gonna b released and will it b released on Arista?. Why did 'face leave Sony?, any1 know?

Babyface's new CD 'Love Story' will be released on Arista.The original release date was March 30,but it has been delayed until May.My guess is they're gonna rush-release a second single before the album's release.Here is the tracklist...
