I must admit, Joss Stone SUCKED big time.

Over hyped, she's too young, too much a product and I decided to scram after three songs.

But that was becuz she was playing after FRANZ FERDINAND.

I wish I could have taken TRON with me,cuz it was like a combination of The Clash and Joy Division.

But basically four guys that were having loads of fun and transfering that vibe onto the audience. A very nice audience; all ages, somewhat more guys (I don't mind much).

My fave guy to watch on stage was the bass player. He had this air of being surprised at the audience's enthousiasm and this boy-ish innocence that made him hella sexy to an old guy like myself, hehehe.

Oh well, Gooey.....you are exagerating here a little bit! Joss Stone did not suck big time. She sings great but she has the disadvantage of not having her own songs (her own choice!). She can sing, but she really is just a 17-year old that is being hyped too much, much to her disadvantage! Gooey left after 3 songs because he was feeling ill, not because Joss sucked that much. The ending of the set was the best, Joss got over her giggling and the band had gotten loose and a bit more funkier. However, it is not my kind of music either. I wonder wether she will find good song that are written for her, with 'The Soul Sessions' she has set set the expectations very (too?) high.
Also people who address the fact that she is white (and not black) should shut the fuck up, why not just acknowledge that the girl can sing? Also, Britney-comparisons.....bullshit!

However, the stars of the evening were definitely Franz Ferdinand! What a fun show was that! This band has the future! I specially liked, besides the musical performance in the first place, the way these guys made their rock-poses, which looked like they were not used to doing that!
