OH MY GOSH! Boyz II Men -- "Evolution" 4 Seasons of Loneliness
Girl in the Life Magazine I'm Doing Just Fine A Song for Mama Can You Stand the Rain Human II This album was the BOMB. I'm listening to it, and songs like "Never," which I used to skip, are just rocking me. Woooh. Those boys were so bad. Pity the next 2 albums fell flat. They were really talented. Great singers -- especially Shawn Stockman, whose song on the "Mr. Holland's Opus" soundtrack was unbelievably good.  I'm so feelin' BIIM, right now. Great singers.

I don't have Evolution, but I loved all of their hits, and especially "4 Seasons of Lonliness".

I had no idea they did a version of "Can You Stand the Rain"! I love the original, but I like Boyz II Men even more than New Edition. I've got to hear it now! | |

It's really a shame about the direction their success took. Yes, it was probably inevitable, but it really does suck ass. No R&B groups' voices will ever compare. Oh shit, my hat done fell off | |
