Damita Jo lyrics!

Guys, all of the lyrics to Janet's new album are on www.janet-xone.com Go to the "Knowledge" section, under song lyrics and the album title! I am sooo excited! Here are some choice lyrics that caught my eye...

''I just want a nasty boy to put it on me good.
Miss Jackson don't, but Damita Jo do..."
Damita Jo

"I'm gonna take you on a sexcapade!" Sexhibition
(I'm still not sure if that's just corny or so corny it's good!)

"My lips are as sweet as honey. When I put 'em in your face,
Gonna make you spend your money."
Strawberry Bounce

"I did a tease to bring you to your knees, baby.
Broke you down, made you feel sleezy.
Then you said, "Fine muthafucka, I like it!"
Strawberry Bounce

"...jerk it like you're making it choke." All Night

"You're beautiful, and I don't want to take that from someone else.
So let me go, and do a little soul-searchin' for myself.
I'm so sorry that I pulled you in and let it get this far,
You know I never meant to break your heart."
Thinkin' Bout My X

"I love every sound you make when I'm down.
Nothing can prepare you for the warmth of my mouth."
Warmth

"...sucking on my (mmm) with ice in your mouth..." Moist

It's clearly a sex album. Janet never said she's setting out to make any sort of deep statements with this album.

If Janet wants to do a fucking album, I demand Janet stop being such a coy cocktease and finally do a nude photoshoot lol

I know, me too, but I'm keeping my faith that this album will be great, despite the singles/promotion/All For You.

control, rhythm nation, janet., velvet rope and all for you were very different albums. yeah, janet's been talking sex since janet., but if you listen to control and 1814, you hear some nastiness in there too. it's all about the presentation. i would only be disappointed in this record if it sounds the same as one of her past records. whenever i listen to a janet cd, i know which one i'm listening to because they sound very distinct. as long as she keeps that up, i won't be disappointed. i mean, shit, we all talk about the same topics here at the org yet we keep coming back.

clapping Exactly! And I do think that this album is going to sound a lot different than anything she's ever done, just as she's done with every album in her career. That's one of the reasons why I love Janet so much, and Janet will not disappoint, I know it. biggrin

Me too. It reminds me of an exact situation I went through, but from when I was the one being heartbroken. It made me tear up just reading that! cry

I think that if Jermaine loves Janet and makes Janet happy, then that's great. If he's really been supportive of her through this bad press lately, then he seems good for Janet because he really cares about her. When Janet talks of him, she lights up and I think she really loves him.

Let's see:

JD looks like a NORMAL guy; he's not a supermodel, but who cares? How many people can claim that about your boyfriends? Besides, you don't want the guy looking prettier than you.
He obviously loves Janet (a plus) and gives her the support she needs (a plus) - I think that's damn good. It's easier to find a hot guy than it is to find a nice, supportive one. So why all the JD hate among Janet fans?

I'm not a "hater", I just am a little skeptical about if he's really as supportive as everyone thinks. After all, Janet made it out to seem like Rene saved her life at the times when she was depressed, and look what he did to her there! I know that no one knows what really goes on in celebrity relationships, and I know that the public and her fans don't have a right to know, but I just hope that Janet is happy and that Jermaine is very good to her. It does seem like he is, and I give him a lot of credit for the way he's had her back through "Nipplegate".

Yeah, but at least she looks happy with JD. With Rene she always looked uncomfortable.
