VCR ALERT TONIGHT: Fleetwood Mac: Destiny Rules TOnight on VH-1 at 9 pm (EST) ....I just read a review of the show in thepaper today and it promises to be a soap opera, interesting chronicle of the band making SAY YOU WILL. It will be 90 minutes and commercial-free. WHO HOO! I CAN"T WAIT!
FLEETWOOD MAC: DESTINY RULES VH1 - 9pm (repeats at 11:30pm) Starting in the fall of 2001, filmmakers Matt Baumann and Kyle Einhorn follow Fleetwood Mac's every move as they reunited (sans Christine McVie) to record their first new studio album in 15 years. Culled from over 500 hours of footage, the documentary follows the band members as they record Say You Will and prepare for a world tour. Cameras, including a few hidden ones, rolled almost nonstop from Stevie Nicks's first day in the studio until the band walks onstage for its first show a year and a half later. Fleetwood Mac: Destiny Rules captures the ups and downs of a legendary band like no other documentary before ... and proves that time doesn't always heal all wounds. Just a warning to those who haven't seen it yet..the first airing was commerical free...it was aired again with commercials at 11:30 and there were also parts cut out than from the first airing. You also learn that they had rehearsed "EVERYBODY FINDS OUT" for the tour and I must say I just don't understand why it didn't make it to the final set. Let the rain come down...17 days....

Buckingham Fleetwood,Nicks,McVie Absolutely agree there... he's coockoo for cocoa puffs - but to be fair - he's nutrageous about the music... kind of an acoustic Rain Man. "Double CD, Double CD. Daddy said I could have a Double CD." The Last Otan Track: www.funkmusician.com/what.mp3

I get the impression that this is the way its always been with this group. They seem to work well when pissing each other off.Im glad that theyve buried their hatchets and moved on.Ironically ( or not) ,Warners did release a double CD version of the album with four bonus trax.
