TRON - PJ Harvey: I was already a devout follower of this woman's music but TRON put together 4 discs of live material and B-sides and outakes. It was a wet dream come true to receive so much music I didn't have of one of my all time most favorite artists!!

Jazz all day long by a few select individuals
"I'm the One" - Average White Band David Ryan Harris Donnie Hathaway - Live and more than I can remember. Another thread might be "what have people TRIED to turn you onto and it was the worst thing you've ever heard?"

A recent thread on Van Hunt got me to check him out, and I sure am glad I did!
I also got deeper into Meshell Ndegeocello because of other orgers. And way back when, probably '99 or 2000 I started listening to Stevie Wonder's work a lot, probably because of discussion on him at Prince.org 1.0

Man, I have heard pretty much everything worth-while, so it's pretty much old-school for me. But I will mention that I'll will be checking out Van Hunt. I use to expect orgers to be pretty much "in the know" since they dig Prince, but I soon found out that that's not the case. No I'm not judgemental, it's just that I have years of experience on most orgers, and after you have been exposed to the likes of "The Family Stand", "Living Colour", "24-7 Spyz" and the like, why waste time listening to "wanna-bes"!
