Well it I think people like Ice t and NWA played a prt in hip hop , because they changed the whole game. They where like the Prince music of hip hop cuz they where speaking about things nobody else would ever dare. They where talking about the truth of what was going on in the streets and before that nobody was really saying anything. We all new what was going on but you know it was like they brought to everybody’s attention so you couldn’t ignore it . They where a voice 2 a whole generation of people who grew up in the ghetto like me. That’s why I give them people props. It’s all different now though , cuz it ain’t no real gansta’s out there. It became manufactured like everything else.

scuse me, i grew up in the Ghetto Lisa, i knew exactly what was goin on in the streets, i was runnin in the streets probably when u were in diapers.Ice T was nothin but a Ex pimp turned rapper, T even admitted he wasnt a good rapper. when Hip hop culture was born we didnt have the troubles then we have now, we got these lil wet behind the ears wannabe smartasses wanna be streetwise babies carrying guns weeded out they fuckin minds, think they all big time.

then it was all about the jams, the dj's the writers, the breakers B-boys and B-girls
and i quote u "It’s all different now though , cuz it ain’t no real gansta’s out there." back then we werent "Gangstas" we were a Music Living culture who enjoyed Our Music and enjoyed our Lifestyle and represented it 100%.
