It has a guy sining in falcetto sayin "Move on up!!" followed by some jazzy fast paced funk and it was jammin! and he kept saying the same thing.

I heard it in Mpmphis last weeken on a soul oldies station. Oh, and on this radio station it had court snippets of different African American cases before a song would come on, funny & weird.
