Rick Springfield, Jen Chapin, VAN HUNT, EN VOGUE

Those are my varied CD buys on this DAY.

Just a little background

JEN CHAPIN she is the daughter of HARRY CHAPIN and her sound is Early JONI MITCHELL, similiar Vibe, similiar play on words.

En VOGUE well we know them, I had to support, I dig them, and so far this CD is pretty Cool, still listening.

VAN HUNT this is a guy U all need to hear. Alicia Keys has been praising him and she has that right. GET THIS CD!!

Rick SPRINGFIELD... Yes thats right RICK!!! this CD is HEAVY, Straight ROCK N ROLL, similar to Ricks 1980 Album Working Class Dog. 17 tracks 48 minutes, NO FILLER!!! LOUD record, it will blow ure head off. Who would have thought a 55 year old could make a better ROCK record with more passion and energy than a 18 year old.

After a few listens could you review the EnVogue...I am skeptical. I saw them on Soul Train a few weeks ago and I wasn't impressed. It's not really En Vogue anymore to me. With only two orginal members and the new member, it's just not the same. You know, the magic is gone. It's like if you remove one of the elements from Earth Wind & Fire and it's just Wind & Fire the magic is gone, it just doesn't work. That's how I feel about the new En Vogue.

Peace, Serveitupfrankie*
