Out Of Touch (Extended Version) 2. Say It Isnt So (Special Extended Dance Mix) 3. Possession Obsession (Special Mix) 4. Family Man (Extended Dance Mix) 5. Private Eyes (UK Mix) 6. Dance On Your Knees (Extended Version) 7. One On One (Club Mix) 8. Everything Your Heart Desires (54th Street Extended Remix) 9. Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid (Special New Mix) 10. Everytime You Go Away (Remix Version) 11. I Cant Go For That (No Can Do) (HOAX Remix) 1.Maneater(Extended Club Mix) 2.I Can't Go For That(Extended Club Mix) 3.Kiss On My List(Previously Unreleased Dance Mix) 4.Adult Education(Special Extended Mix) 5.Your Imagination(Disco Remix) 6.Method Of Modern Love (Extended 12'' Mix) 7.Out Of Touch(Dub Version) 8.Missed Oppotunity(Unlimited Mix) 9.Downtown Life(Downtown Remix) 10.I Can't Go For That(The Ben Liebrand Remix) 11.Jingle Bell Rock(Daryl's Version) 12.Jingle Bell Rock(John's Version) All 24-Bit remastered. All their 12'' versions save for a few dub mixes. I'm sure these American remasters also won't be able to compare to the Japanese 24-bits released last year - of ALL their albums. Not just the 80's ones. Unfortunately, we get another repackaging of the hits only instead of quality remastered versions of their 70s albums. And WHERE on earth is an American remaster of "Live At The Apollo With David Ruffin & Eddie Kendrick"? [This message was edited Thu Feb 19 5:12:15 2004 by VoicesCarry]

The entire H&O catalogue (except for War Babies, Whole Oates & Abandoned Luncheonette, which were unavailable to be licensed from Atlantic), remastered with bonus tracks and demos; housed in paper sleeves that replicate the original LP art (front and back):
(without OBI) (without OBI) And Daryl Hall's 2 solo albums: Here's the ugly new cover art for the American 2-disc set [This message was edited Fri Feb 20 6:53:43 2004 by VoicesCarry]

Those are Japanese versions, right? That's INCREDIBLE! Whenever I see artists getting their ENTIRE catalogs remastered,it just makes me really pissed at Prince for not doing the same thing. If he would with Warners, they could remaster and improve his CDs too.

I know, Warners is sitting on a goldmine there. See this is what labels in America need to start doing. In Japan, they have to make their releases special to compete with American imports which are lower priced. The mastering on these discs is amazing (I have the set, completely worth the $), and it always pales in comparison to American mastering. So given the chance, I'd buy Japanese remasters of Prince's catalogue over the American ones - IF Warner EVER deigns to remaster 1999, PURPLE RAIN, PARADE, etc. (WTF? Why are these not remastered? Why is Madonna's Like A Prayer not remastered?).
