nod 'Mothership Connection' is P-Funk at it's highest point.That entire album is one of funk's brightest moments.

Oh yeah!!!! headbang This was introduction to the crazy space age sounds of Parliament! smile

I remember in the summer of 1990 when I heard this album. It freaked me out at first, but I got down to it nevertheless. Over time I had realized that this was a very influential album. Everyone from rappers to rockers to the media had taken some part of this album to create their own thang.
