Yeah.....I can recall this one...barely.....I'll have to find this one.....Thanks for giving props. Lead singer Jimmy Ellis was one the most powerful, yet underrated soul/R&B vocalists in the 70's. Brotha's voice comes right out of the church.

I like to call the Trammps the kings of disaster disco: "Disco Inferno," "Where Were You When the Lights Went Out (in NYC)?" I think "Body Contract" gets slept on but I did like it a lot.

Hey man...do you remember another song by them called "Zing Went The Strings Of My Heart"? My parents used to wear that 45 r.p.m. out back in the early 70's...

OMG!!! Now, you just took me WAAAYYYY back! One of my earliest memories of this song was hearing it on Soul Train. I remember this guy doing this funky dance to it. I still get a visual to this day!

Oh, yeah! I can still see that album over with that tacky, high-heeled platform shoe with the hole in the heel. That album had "Disco Inferno" on it.
