Super-Dustie Old-Skool Instrumental of the Day (2/16/04): Commodores, "I'm Ready"

...from the caught in the act album, 1975....i found a copy of the album at a record show i went to last saturday. the whole album's hot--i bought it for my dad, but i'm tempted to keep it for myself. heh. redface

Hokey smokes Dej...i just thumbed passed this album 10 mins ago pullin it out now

Hokey smokes Dej...i just thumbed passed this album 10 mins ago pullin it out now

btw...i found a copy of celi bee & the buzzy bunch at the record show, too. lately i've been on the lookout for anything from tk records and its subsidiaries, it seems like. nod

which album by Celi?... is it onTK or Butterfly??

which album by Celi?... is it onTK or Butterfly??

the self-titled one, with the spilled jar of honey on the cover...it's on APA records, but the weird thing about it is that it's got a "distributed by tk productions"-thing on the label...know anything about APA? hmmm

it has to be a re issue, celi's album was on Butterfly Records andit wasnt a sub of Tk, the only subs from TK were Drive and Glades hmmmmm

true, cuz i had seen another album of hers and it was on butterfly....hmm dayum! anyway, it's a pretty good album...

sunshine sound and dash were tk subs too, weren't they? cuz i have a 45 of jimmy "bo" horne's "you get me hot", that was released on sunshine sound...i should start up another thread about tk and its subs...lol

yes... Dash and Sunshie Sound were serious tk subs... Peter brown did stuff on Drive and Dash..
