What happened to her mouth?

All her plastic surgery hasn't helped her ugliness! She's been fucked up for a long time too. I think things will only get worse as I believe she will lose custody of her daughter. I'm sure that will fuck her up even more, however, on the other hand, it just might make her face reality and admit to being a drug addict. Hopefully her daughter will be raised by someone more competent. I'm sure she loves her daughter, but I highly doubt that she's a perfect role model for the young girl.
