However, it's the self-penned "Never Far Away" that elevates White above his garage rock trappings. Gooey, you might know the answer to this. What was the song they played at the Grammys?
I'd never heard of them before, not sure if that's a crime or not, but they were freaking brilliant, and perhaps the best performance of the night! Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop. | |

I'm not Gooey but I'm gonna answer anyway. I believe they played '7 Nation Army'& 'Death Letter'. I haven't seen the show (they don't broadcast it over here) but that's what I've read. I'd never heard of them before, not sure if that's a crime or not,

It is a crime, what rock have you been living under?
I don't listen to the radio (because I can't stand commercial radio and there's nothing else in Singapore), don't go clubbing and don't get any music shows on TV. I hadn't even heard Beyonce sing before the Grammys! Shoot, I guess I do live under one big rock! Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop. | |
