weak,weak,weak,and NOT justified

Totally blew it,Timberlake!!That was weak comment. If he wasn't gonna be gentleman enough or manly enough to send love and a shout-out to Janet,he should'nuff said nothing!!What a weakling. And I can't excuse him because he had a week to think about it.Also, the musicians at the Grammies were not offended. It was the hypocrits elsewhere that have blown that COMPLETELY out of proportion.Yes,I didn't think it was necessary, but it also wasn't child molestation on video,Mr.Kelly!!People are more outraged about a boob than they are that R Kelly gets to appear on the gRammies!!Sometimes,I really hate people!!

I thought you were talking about his performance...that trumpeter totally blew him outta the water with talent.

weak performance...he holds back too much in his singing...like too many singers these days.

How was he holding back? I liked the call and response they did...if anything I felt that lil fuzzy face was trying more than ever to flex his vocal chops to prove himself in light of recent events.

As for the guest appearance, Arturo Sandoval is more than a "trumpeter"... he is a multi-instrumentalist and living legend, having learned from and once been under the wing of the late Dizzie Gillespie...

In addition to having released a gazilion trillion albums since he defected from Cuba (was that in the 60's or 70's?), he also is an esteemed music professor at Florida International University (or at least he WAS a few year ago...anybody feel free to correct me on that)...

The fact that Justin's career started in Florida and was based there for a long time, I'm not surprised that he would
choose Mr. Sandoval to guest on his spot at the Grammys. I was talking about that performance with my best friend (who lived in FLA for a long time also) and we both agreed that Arturo didn't blow him out of the water so much as assist in, er, uh, bringing him up to the level of performance that is typical of the Floridan music mafia...once you get beyond the pop factory acts of the 80's & 90's, the majority of those cats are actually well educated, amazing performers, who spend their "day jobs" making saccharin pop music, but spend their nights doing stuff that looks a little like what Justin's performance was...minus the fact that he only played 3 or four chords the whole song, lol!

I give it up to you on that one. Even PATTI mentioned Janet's name during the tribute. But then, who knows what he had been pressured to say and what his advisors advised him to do on that tip...

...still would've wanted him to at least say something with her NAME included...

i wish people would stop aiding in adding to justin's credibility. britney and justin use their relationship as a means for press. when the relationship breaks up, britney stays quiet and private while justin...well, doesn't. he sold her out. now, flashback to 1998 when janet used nsync and usher as opening acts for her velvet rope tour and gave them MAD exposure. then, janet sings on justin's debut solo album. he does the super bowl show with her and then sells her out. why do people still try to make him look good? the black eyed peas should be ashamed of themselves for standing up and hyping him when he won his first award.

the music business is so sketchy and people just use you when they need to and sell you rass out the minute it benefits them. no wonder janet stuck with jamm and lewis for so long. good friends in that industry are hard to find.

justin can't belt a note out like beyonce or prince...then again it must've been a little hard against that trumpet.
