You may have heard or read in the newspaper that the multi-talented Justin Guarini has been released from his record label,RCA.
On-Air with Ryan Seacrest (Jan. 27, 2004):.
In an interview on Ryan's show,Justin confirmed that Benny Medina is his new manager. Justin confirmed that he first heard that he was dropped by RCA by reading an article in US Weekly magazine and it was confirmed in a skit on SNL. He said he never received a fax, a phone call or an e-mail from RCA!. Justin .said that it was tough at first but that out of something bad, good things happen. He said that his new manager is Benny Medina, who gave J-Lo and Will Smith their start and is working with Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin and Brandy.
Justin said that Don Buckwald is his new agent. "I'm back!", said Justin. Justin said that right now is pilot season and that he is agressively going after a network show. He also mentioned that he is taking the next six to eight months to work on his new album and it will be something that will come authentically from his heart, unlike the RCA album which was rushed. He went on to say that he is thankful and blessed and that he has GREAT fans that he loves. He said that he has had a great learning experience and that he now has a great team of people with him.
We believe RCA Records should be held accountable for their despicable treatment of Justin, So I encourage you to read The "RCA Has Failed Justin Guarini" Petition which is now live online at


The purpose of this Petition is to protest the mistreatment of Justin Guarini by RCA who has failed to effectively promote his excellent CD and now wants to "drop" him from its label without just cause! This, in turn is hurting his reputation as a talented new recording artist! Funny, but I was just thinking about him. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up on some whack reality tv show.

Point 1) Has he come out yet?

Point 2) people need to get over this...the managers take way more then the average percentage from their clients...so the fact that he is with benny probably works out better for him a lot more financially then clay or ruben...
