I'm answering in English as my French is not great  I live in Austria and have it on cable, don't know about France though.

He's a Nigerian musician discovered busking in London, and has since made several albums of the funk/blues/soul/rock genres. Actually his style is very unique and hard to characterise in some songs. I find his guitar playing style quite funky. He only seems to be popular in mainland-Europe, and maybe Oz apparently, probably because his stuff isn't too much for commercial ears.
I've been trying to find a good website for him, but there doesn't seem to be any, sorry! ..... BULLSEYE! | |

You're welcome Jimipaisley and Taureau  . Well Joe as you never heard of him I guess he might not be famous outside of Europe. I tried to find a website about him, but in vain.
