Hey, Hey, Hey! I know this is not a music topic but I figured I've been here long enough to make one mistake but this kind of fits into music. One of my favorite shows ever, "What's Happening" is finally on DVD. I remember a few months, maybe even a year or so ago, that there was a commerical for this but I think it was only sold through TimeLife or whatever. Now it is here for the whole world to enjoy!

Other old TV shows I'd like to see them put on DVD...
"Different Strokes" "Laverne and Shirley" "Alice" and let's have the 2nd season of "Three's Company" already! I'm getting impatient (season one consisted of only a measly 6 episodes!). | |

I thought this was the first? That's what it says. Did you buy it through TImeLife or whatever. They released it early. It doesn't matter what this is, I want at least one season on DVD becuase it is never on TV anymore! L&S is pretty good but "Alice". I remember I watched that show when they put reruns on E! and it was just terrible. I'm sorry but I just didn't think it was that funny. It was all about "Kiss my Grits" and that was about it. BUt if that's what floats your boat. DVD is the great savoir of classic shows and even failed shows ("The Tick" for example..can it be only a short matter of time before "Andy Ritcher..." makes it to DVD?). Anyone else interested in this topci or is it all about Janet's boobs today. Nothing wrong with that! | |
