Was she fighting for the rights that all Toronto citizens have, to go topless in public?

Janet just doesn't seem to get it. She decides to play one old song and one really old song. Doesn't even have enough confidence to do something new. Does the same old tired choreography she's been hauling around for over a decade. And then can't decide if she wants to grab crotches and flash the audience or send a serious message about social issues. Stupid.
