Let him go to court and have a chance to prove himself. Don't judge him yet. If he is proven guilty then he will need lots of help. He will be more of a recluse if he is proven innocent. i think we're all missing some evidence. how is anyone supposed to have an educated opinion about this?

here is my opinion: nobody knows the whole truth Xcept 4 Michael; the accuser and God. however, i question if Michael really knows the truth. it is hard 2 believe a man that lies right on national television. he lies about the amount of plastic surgery that he has had. it is obvious he has had more than 2 operations done 2 his face. man, did that chin dimple just come out over night!! plus, he believes his own press, KING OF POP?? more like KING OF TOTS, stupid mutha fucker!!! if he were 2 B more honest than i might lean on 2wards believing him. in fact, watching his last innerview done on that show that first showed the alleged accuser. i really thought he was opening up by allowing this guy and his camera crew hang out with him. man, they were in his hotel room with all his traveling manequins with him. he showed alot of his own vunerablity. i just hope the truth comes out. but if it were would anyone know if it were the truth?

PEACE N B WiLD!!! this is the typical, uninformed and ignorant response that, unfortunately, most people will have. you are judging a criminal case based on media spin and personal past comments that have absolutely nothing to do with the case at hand. whether or not michael has lied about his appearance is completely irrelevant to the possibility of his molesting children. i have lied about my real hair color (and the people that know me are aware of that) does that mean i could also be a child molestor? i'm so sorry to have to say this but so many people are just so incapable of serving as jurors. that comment was made by one of them.

I don't really care, anymore. All I know is that it's getting harder and harder to listen to his music. Kind of analagous to how hard it would be to watch a Julia Roberts romantic comedy if she were a deformed dwarf with two heads.

Micheal Jackson might be guilty, of what i don't know.
Michael Jackson on the other hand, no fucking chance. Jermaine's right, modern day lynching IMO, nothing short of a witch hunt. The Press are a fucking joke. Their stance on MJ is terrible, the way they're trying to influence people into believing he's guilty before the trial has even started is nothing short of appalling. Luckily, it doesn't appear to be working in Britain. A recent poll of 16-24 year olds were asked who their heroes were, MJ came 4th. Not too bad considering he's supposed to be over!

He's guilty at least of error in judgement.

I don't know if he's guilty, a judge and jury will likely make that determination. But the reports I see are very troubling, if they are indeed true.
Here's one from usatoday.com re: a new Vanity Fair article. *** Michael Jackson, who is charged with child molestation, allegedly seduced boys by giving them Coke cans filled with white wine he called "Jesus juice" and red wine he nicknamed "Jesus blood," according to an article in the March issue of Vanity Fair. Vanity Fair correspondent Maureen Orth has a new article on Michael Jackson in the magazine's March issue. The story was written by Maureen Orth, who wrote another article critical of Jackson for the magazine last year. The new article quotes attorneys and relatives of the accusers, and former Jackson employees, among them onetime financial adviser Myung-Ho Lee. Last year, Lee sued Jackson for $12 million he said the singer owed him; the suit was settled out of court. The story also cites anonymous sources, and in some cases makes claims with no attribution at all. Among the accusations: • The boy at the center of the current molestation charges has given police drawings of Jackson's genitalia, Orth says, citing "reports," and the boy's younger brother was a witness to some of the sexual abuse. Jackson allegedly gave the boys wine and antihistamine pills and showed them pornography, Orth says. • Jackson has spent years in and out of rehab for an addiction to Demerol and morphine and secretly underwent detox in Seoul in 1999, Lee says. • Ex-wife Debbie Rowe threatened to go to the press with Jackson's secrets unless he paid her at least $8 million, Lee says. Rowe was the surrogate, not biological, mother of children Prince Michael I and Paris, according to Lee. • The boy who accused Jackson of molesting him in 1993 — but settled out of court for a reported $25 million — has graduated from college, manages his own money and does not work, says his uncle, Ray Chandler. Prosecutors have contacted the young man to testify in the new case. His testimony "would be the nail in Michael Jackson's coffin," Chandler says. Jackson's criminal attorney, Mark Geragos, contacted Wednesday, said he had not read the article. But when Orth's accusations were described to him, Geragos laughed. "God, I wish I could comment, but I can't," he said, citing a court gag order. Meanwhile, a judge has ordered Grammy nominee R. Kelly, who is awaiting trial on child pornography charges, to stay away from Jackson at the awards show Feb. 8. But Jackson is not nominated and is not expected to attend. source: http://www.usatoday.com/l...fair_x.htm [This message was edited Thu Jan 29 13:51:07 PST 2004 by namepeace] Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

I believe that Michael Jackson doesn't think he's guilty. It would not surprise me in the least if he engaged in inappropriate behavior with the accuser but thought that he wasn't doing anything wrong. Michael Jackson does not seem that rooted in reality.

I think MJ is innocent, im hoping this case will finally put to rest these crazy stories and rid him of the shaddow thats followed him since 1993. in a way im glad mj doesnt have any chance to settle as ppl tend to view that as an admission of guilt. With his legal team, the credibility of the child's mum, the fact the time line of the boys accusations are pretty doubtful and other factors it seems he has a pretty strong case. However, mj needs to be more realistic in the future, hopefully mj will learn that sleeping with young kids (even if it is purely innocent and platonic) just can't be done without the expected speculation and slurs, if he continues to do that well then he should accept the backlash.

Hmm. you say "If he is proven guilty then he will need lots of help". If he was any normal serial child molester, would you want them to recieve lots of help, or be put away/strung up? .

Of course he's guilty.
Whether he'll be found guilty is another matter (gotta love the US "justice" system).

Whether he'll be found guilty is another matter (gotta love the US "justice" system). Gotta love narrow-minded media-victims like you too! He's admitted sleeping in the same bed as a child. That is a fact. In my mind that is child molestation, child abuse, whatever you want to call it. He should NOT be taking children into his bed. Whether he did anything else, we don't know, but I'd love to see him argue in court that there's nothing wrong with sleeping with 8 year old boys. There is a LOT of anecdotal evidence that he has sexual tendencies towards young boys. If you think he's so innocent, imagine you've got a 6 year old boy - would you send him over to MJ's bed? How sure are you??

oh, i hope not
but it's for a jury to decide. i hope God is with both him and the boy during these troubling times We are the heat and the light in the forest. Without us this is only a place. With us it becomes an adventure.

I used to love MJ as a kid, and I was really upset by the first allegations.
Jackson's problem is that he is surrounded by an army of "yay-sayers" in the form of his entourage and also his fans who are some of the most die-hard, freaky people I have encountered. Basically he sees himself reflected in their adoring eyes and believes he can do no wrong. What he actually needs is someone with the courage to stand up to him and say, "you've pushed this too far, what you are doing is wrong and unacceptable - bloody stop it you crazy bastard!" I think he's going down for this now. I think a lot more sinister information is going to be released over the next few months. There is, in my opinion, a lot of cover ups and dodgy shit happening in Neverland.

But you know what? There cannot be any more excuses,or defending his actions. It's time for his friends and family to wake up and smell the coffee.Michael needs help. His life has been spiraling out of control for at least a decade now.His recent behavior is really disturbing. Will this latest mess be the final "wake up call" that he and so many of his supporters need to hear? [This message was edited Fri Jan 30 5:12:52 PST 2004 by DavidEye] Absolutely! I am a firm believer that you cannot blame others for your actions. There is only so far you can take the excuse of a damaged childhood or a traumatic past. At the end of the day your actions are your own responsibility. MJ is hiding behind his money and many of MJ's fans are hiding behind the notion that his every action is born out of platonic love for the world and for children and that he is some kind of misunderstood and tortured saint. He made some great music but he is still a man.

I was once a huge MJ fan and I still enjoy a lot of his older music, but these past 8-10 years have been very hard trying to remain a fan. MJ needs help and he needs it right now. His family and friends are only doing harm by not forcing him to get help. I don't want him to be guilt of sexually abusing children, but it's very hard not to have some doubt and some of the comments made by his friends and family make me wonder what's really going on.

MJ has no control over his personal life whatsoever and he doesn't need to because he's got great excuses! MJ isn't a crazy pop star who needs a little help, he's just 'eccentric' - and he has the right to be that way because he's rich and he had a bad childhood! MJ has only had several operations! MJ is innocent because his music is da bomb! Also he's innocent because he's famous and what famous person would risk it all to abuse children?
