eye of the tiger, high on you, i can't hold back, the search is over, burning heart, etc. they were a good 80s pop rock band...i remember their video for "i can't hold back" is a rip-off of the Risky Business train sex scene. The search is over is a great song...aaahhh. the 80s. Let the rain come down...17 days....

The lead singer from Survivor is the voice of the "Real Men of Genius" beer commercials.

"What do you predict for the fight Mr. T?"
"PAIN" Eye of the Tiger was the best song ever in a movie when Rocky 3 came out.

"Eye Of The Tiger" is one of those songs that makes me cringe into a fetal position whenever I hear it... By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

I don't know why I'm admitting this, but I saw them live back in 96. They performed at a local fireworks store here in Ohio. There were about 10-15 people (no joke) including us, that showed up. They played anyhow, screwing up lyrics to their own songs a few times. I think like two people walked up to the stage and held their lighters in the air at one point.

Yep, I remember them...their ballad "Search Is Over" is one of the greatest rock/pop ballads of the 80's in my opinion. [This message was edited Sat Jan 24 7:54:43 PST 2004 by BRO915]
