Choice Joyce Info! I found a little piece of the mystery of Joyce! I think Tron was holding out on us! I found this on Bizarrerecords.com. Now does anyone want to guess what year the album was released? The answer is below.
Joyce "Joyce" LTD Records #4013 1983 1983! Didn't most people think it was the seventies or even sixties? Anyway, this is almost getting old but it's still funny. If anyone gets new Joyce info, post it here!

Lol, I've been sick and stuck in the house all day, and I've really spent the day searching for Joyce information, to no avail.

this is the email I sent:
Subject: I come to ask about Joyce.
Dear Sir, You may or may not be aware of the phenomeon that your Joyce has created. Something about that stare, that haircut, that priceless expression, the rose she proffers, and the enigmatic use of only the word "Joyce" has the internet engaged in bizarre curiosity and fascination. Particularly us at the Prince.org forums. What made her think she could do a record? What kind of record company would sign her - in the year 1983 no less? Was she indeed born a man? We've Googled all we can and no other information is forthcoming. All we know is the catalogue number and year. Could you *please* post some more info on the record? Where did you pick it up? What is the tracklisting, back cover, etc? Possibly even some mp3 samples? We're all dying to know here! Yours sincerely, Dylan Rush ("MrSquiggle" at the Prince.org forums) can't wait for a reply

That was a very good idea and I wish I would have thought of it at 2 in the morning. Hopefully they have more info and didn't just post the same picture as everyone else. I assume they didn't as theirs doesn't have the 50 cent sticker on there (which of course means that there is a cameo by the very young rapper). Good luck and thanks! I just went back to the site. I didn't really bother to read the info but just looked for Joyce (she is actually the photo for the "Nice Ladies" section). Anyway, this guy is the real deal. He buys these albums! And even better...you can buy a T-Shirt...with Joyce along with other favorites like Devastation Dave the Turntable Slave! [This message was edited Sat Jan 24 14:07:39 PST 2004 by VinnyM27]

Maybe if we all said we should buy one, it would make his response quicker. We should hint around about the shirt so that he will take us seriously.
