Top 3 Stevie Wonder Songs

Stevie is amazing, and it's so hard to pick only a few songs from his work.

I've narrowed down my top three to these:

"I Never Dreamed You'd Leave in Summer"
"Higher Ground"
"Signed, Sealed, Delivered"
'Cause your friends don't dance, and if they don't dance... well, they're no friends of mine.

That is way too hard of a list to come up with...

But "Isn't She Lovely" is an absolute gem...

I'd have to say Fingertips because thats what put him really on the map and gave him th e rest to do what he did later in life...if there was no Fingertips there would be no Higher Ground, Sign Sealed Delivered, My Cheri Amour etc...You Are The Sunshine Of My Life

I agree, that's why I had to add more. Right now I'm listening to "Living for the City". Sooo awesome!

Believe it or not, I do not like that song. It just sounds creepy and paints a picture of a harsh reality. But I guess it's good because Stive is a master of creating that sort of mood through his music.

It reall is hard to choose 3. There are so many good ones. Here's what I can think of:

3) My Cherie Amour
2) You Are the Sunshine of My Life

I was four-years old when Stevie came out with "Livin For The City" and that song totally spooked me out! It sounds really haunting and scary.Back then I referred to it as "the spooky song".My father used to tease me whenever it came on the radio...lol...

Sheeeiiit. If "Living For The City" was spooky for me as a kid, I LOVED and WANTED to be spooked. It was the very first song I recall being fascinated/riveted by and enamored with. I convinced my mother to play that thing over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over...

falloff Believe it or not, I was listening to that today. And, yes, I actually did put it on, too. (I have it on an 80s compilation, not the actual Ghostbusters soundtrack. Not that that makes it right.)
