Great musical segues

What are some of the best musical segues of all time? Some that I thought of were:

Pink Floyd - Speak To Me/Breathe, Yet Another Movie/Round and Round
prince - Let's Go Crazy/She's Always In My Hair (at Rave Un2 The Year 2000)
The Avalanches - Since I Left You (whole album)
Roger Waters - The Ballad of Bill Hubbard/What God Wants (Part I)

and my favourite...

Joni Mitchell - Otis and Marlena/The Tenth World

What do y'all think?

And how cold you forget side 2 of The Beatles final masterpiece, "Abbey Road"?

Great answer. I'll add Earth Wind and Fire: "In the Stone" into "Can't Let Go"

Isn't that just one song?

Yeah. This is sort of cheating.. but it's like an entire second movement of the composition, so I thought I'd mention it.
