Damn TRON. You were in Chicago? Man, I wish we all could have met up before the show.

Yeah, me too. Except I didn't get there until probably a half hour before Bowie came on.

Maybe next time.

Sweet! I'm not surprised, but happy to hear nite 2 kicked as much ass as nite 1!

Hey Sassy, did he mention anything about switching the set up for the 3rd show?

What were some of the funny things he said?

he said he would be mixing it up. i don't know if that meant different songs or a mixture of both sets. either way, i wish i was going! that's me, never satisfied.

his joking was just constant. almost between every song. he was cracking jokes about getting older and knowing less and less. he was cracking jokes about americans: "you're all so polite...you'd never know you were americans". a lot of silliness in general. i've seen him about 5 times and this was certainly his most personable performance.

This was my 5th time too. smile

I thought the Chicago audience was a bit polite too. It wasn't until he was finished with a song that I even knew they were alive at some points. Detroit was a lot more wild. There's no way you can go tomorrow?

I wish we could've met up somehow, but I got there so late and I have absolutely no idea what you look like.

I was on the far right hand side, Row 5.

I waited up at the front like I said, but no one came running up to say "Hey TRON".

Did you wait afterwards for Bowie either night? He came out on Tuesday to say hi.

you're kidding me...i had no idea that you would be waiting around...that's shitty!

no, i didn't wait to see bowie. i was with a friend from miami and we both have serious issues with the cold...after the show we practically ran to the cta station. i really wish i had the chance to have met up with everyone. i looked for anxiety and stymie but couldn't see anyone familiar.

I told ya I was gonna try to get a setlist and hang around afterwards!

I looked for Anxiety too but I really can't tell what he looks like from the pictures in his profile.

I just tried to pick out what looked like a guy with his mom. LOL. Didn't work though.

I told ya in a post that I'd be the tall kid up at the front trying to get a setlist.

You were like, "LOL. Okay. I'll look for the tall kid then."

I know that was a pretty vague description though. lol

Cool. He came out by the stage door and the tour bus. There will be a whole bunch of people waiting there. It was on the side of the self parking or on the opposite side of the valet parking and entrance. Let me know how it all turns out!
