They must be "The Men" now. I don't remember all the names I'm thinking Taj, and definitely Bilal. Didn't they also act? At least the one whose name I think is Taj might've done some acting.

The Boys, formerly Motown recording artists are back as...The Suns of Light.

For our many fans that we had over the years when we performed as The Boys, and have wondered where we were... We're Back! check us out at www.mp3.sunsoflight.com

The Boys, Khiry, Hakim, Tajh, and Bilal, a group of 4 Black youths (all brothers) brought quality entertainment, happiness, and joy to the world between 1998 - 1993. People all over the globe still remember... their hit songs like 'Dial My Heart' and 'Crazy'; those tight dance routines - those back flips; the video in Japan; the standing ovation performance at the Image Awards; when they dressed up like Bobby Brown, Milly Vanilli, Michael Jackkson, George Michael, and Madonna on the 'Crazy' video; their appearance on Michael Jackson's 'Moonwalker' video. They even had their own t.v. show called "THE BOYS". THE BOYS collected many awards and made major contributions to the music world until 1993, when they suddenly disappeared.

lol Yes, I do remember The Boys. Unfortunately. They were all over the radio and stuff when I was living in N.Y. If I can also recall, I think they joined forces with Another Bad Creation (y'all remember them, right?). Yeah, The Boys were trying to be the heir to New Edition's(or J5) throne, if you ask me.

Hey paisleypark, good selection. This group is worthy of being in my "Pull-An-Artist-Out-Of-Ya-Hat" thread. You beat me to it smile

I remember this group. My brother still plays the cassette to this day. Lucky Charm, Let's Dance, Happy (she's the saddest little girl in town). It was cute, innocent, bubblegum R&B.

I heard a few of the Boys went to Morehouse College in Atlanta in the 1990s. Don't know what they studied or if they graduated.

Didn't The Boys and ABC have a rivalry going on? I remember listening to ABC's sophomore album and they were dissing the Boys on there. Kris Kross dissed ABC on their first album when they were big in "Jump" with the line ("I wear my pants to the back with a little slack, cause inside-out is wiggedy wiggedy wack.") ABC used to wear their pants inside-out. So it was a diss to them.
