The Power Station Being that I was obsessed with DUran duran in the 80s I was a big fan of the PS as well(SOme like it hot, etc.) and just read something that they had reunited in 1997 and recorded an album called "Living in Fear" - was this all 4 original members (Remember robert palmer had left the band in 1985 before their first US tour)?? Does anyone have the record? Thanks! PG Let the rain come down...17 days....

I have the tape. To be honest, I don't think I've played in more than three times from beginning to end. It didn't grab me like the first one, obviously. I'll keep an eye out for it and listen to it again. Also I saw them when they played to support the release. It was kinda embarrasing because Robert Palmer kept messing up/forgetting lyrics from the first release. It happens, but not to the degree it happened that night. For awhile, I think Columbia House was selling it in their clearance section for under $3. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

I LOVED this album! I used to play it all the time at High School.
Good times. | |

They were awesome. I remember seeing the vidoe for "Some Like it Hot" on MTV back in the day. I'm gonna miss Tony Thompson and Robert Palmer. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.
