Morrisey has somthing new coming out!! Can't say what or when, but I heard from a reliable source that he is working with Blink182 producer Jerry Finn. Should be interesting don't ya think?? All the gals say hoe if your man's giving up the gold. All the fellas say ruff if you're only giving up the bone.

I hope this is a joke... let me guess, the rumored title is "yes I'm still alive even though everyone hates me and my friends and wants us to die a miserable death"

I seriously thought this was going to be about a gallbladder operation or something.

it's just crazy talk I loved the man in the Smiths and his first solo work, but he's become so redundant...Oh well, who knows, maybe he still has a surprise up his sleeve. Y'all will have to tell me if he does, cos I ain't buying it...

Hey, I LOVE Moz and I'm not ashamed of it. His "Maladjusted" album was a favorite of mine in 1997.
And these lyrics remind me of someone... "So the choice I have made May seem strange to you But who asked you anyway? It's my life to ruin my own way" --Alma Matters

careful, garnish. you're going to ruin your rep liking a musical act as mainstream as Morrisey. "oPS i HITTED THE CAPDLOCK"

It'll be good at least for the tour. like I said: "I loved the man in the Smiths and his first solo work, but he's become so redundant" I could clairfy that to read: "and his earlier solo work" but, I just feel that his albums got stuck in a rut. He still has some witty lyrical moments, but, IMO, it was interesting to hear a guy in his early adulthood sing about being unloved, unwanted and misunderstood...but for this same person to be whining (YES HE WHINES) about the same crap in his forties...well, it just seems a titch pathetic k, that was harsh, I'll be nice now and say: If he does tour I would go see him, he does a great live performance, I've just tired of his studio work...

From www.morrissey-solo.com:
In May 2003, Morrissey signed to Sanctuary Records, after years of rumors and speculation. Morrissey's last release was on Mercury Records in 1997. Recording started late in the year with producer Jerry Finn, with a release target of mid 2004. A Fan wrote on december 31: "I was lucky enough to check out the December 28th and 29th Boz Boorer (Morrisseys guitar player) shows in New York. Both nights I chatted with Boz and he mentioned that there are about 21 tracks recorded and four more months left in the studio." See the man with the blue guitar, maybe one day he`ll be a star...

nice photo!!! I may poke fun at him now, but I'll always think he's dreamy 'member back in the day when he was on MTV's afternoon show (like TRL, but pre-TRL) for Your Arsenal? That was a crazy time...

that said I still don't understand why Everyday Is Like Sunday hasn't been n°1 everywhere, it's a masterpiece in Pop history , just after Yesterday imo
