Mercury Rev fans rejoyce Buffalo keening romantics set to return with fragile epic glory
ETA: Early summer Since the release and tour to accompany the release of the magnificent ‘All Is Dream’, Mercury Rev have worked on Swedish songwriter Nicolai Dungar’s album. However they are rumoured to be finishing off the new album now at Tarbox studio in upstate New York ready for a release in early summer. Back in the production seat is Dave Fridmann, the original Mercury Rev bass player, who has been responsible for the lush and delicately beautiful productions behind the recent remarkable records by Flaming Lips, Mogwai and, of course, Mercury Rev. great news. already heard about it, though. tarbox has a daily schedule of who's working in the studio on their website, and the Rev started sometime back in Oct/Nov.

there doesn't seem to be very many. i've started half a dozen threads about them, and hardly anyone ever bites. in fact, the one good thing i can say about you is that the last time i started one, you were on it, showing appreciation  "oPS i HITTED THE CAPDLOCK" | |
