I'm not hating on Britney but people will be mentionning the fact that this isn't anything close to what her last record sold in as much time, and overall that one was considered a dissapointment. Still, I hope she does OK with it. She needs a better single out.

That just proves that there are 1,156,422 people out there who need something better to spend their money on. 2 each his own I guess.

Britney debuted in the number one spot in 7 countries, the number 2 spot in 5 countries and within the top 10 everywhere else. I don't think Jive is too worried about sales. "In The Zone" sales are actually up 7% from last week. Industry people believe it will continue at a successful rate. Especially after "Toxic" is released as the next single (in early January). Oh, and just FYI, that 3 million figure of yours is way off. The record has already made profit.

You must be American, as you seem to forget the world is a huge place.
