I found out about this group through Aqualung.. Their called Duke Special, and on their site u can hear their 3 new songs.. obviously they are a new group, but they sound very beautiful. PIANO driven music.. This EP isnt availible in the US yet, hopefully it will be soon.. I'd love to get my hands on that.

Duke Special “Lucky Me” (Medieval Haircut Records 2002) This six-track EP is a fine advert for Belfast songwriter Peter Wilson (aka Duke Special) who has supported Bill Mallonee, Ron Sexsmith and Steve Earle. There’s a quality stamp about it - as if the pianist (he’s been around the block with various bands) has finally bottled the essence of his middle-of-the-night outpourings. Crackly vinyl noises, Hammond organ, warm guitars and random synth sounds are a good foil for Wilson’s sweet melodies and wry verse (“please look out cause I’m about as dangerous as fame” he warns in “Closer To The Start”).
