 I love that episode of The Simpsons That became a semi-famous line. Definitely a great episode. As if there is a bad episode of the "Simpsons"! I guess the first few year or so was kind of lame and all about Bart but once they relized what they could do with Homer (which is just about anything it seems), the show really got cooking! There is usaually at least one great line in each show, mostly coming from Homer (unless Ralph is there). What was the topic?

would he ease up on the surgery and not have fucked up his career 2? Mickey - back in the day u WERE the King of Pop - look at u now... Still the fucking King IMO. fuck the haters. This is a media carve up. I here he's coming to London, I'll be there beating the shit out of some paparazzi scum on his behalf. see you on the news! This guy hasn't made good music in 10 years, and yet his fans continue to profess he's "still got it!" and is "still the king!". The power of belief, my friends. Maybe delusion. ANYway, he doesn't have body dysmorphic syndrome. Look it up in ANY general psychology text, and you'll realize that Michael Jackson is not one of the stricken. He does have psychological problems, however.

He looks a little bit healthier in this picture.
Kind of buff in this picture.
At this point, he just had way to much plastic sugery!
And this is photo from back in the day with LaToya and Jermaine.

I listened to both of those albums very recently and I might be biad becuase I'm much more of a Madonna fan but if you got somebody that hated both equally, they would admit that AL is a better CD. Then again, its apples and oranges. I just really felt that "Invinicible" sucked.

Plus Madonna tends to change her style a bit. Michael's still doing the patented paranoia anthems and 'save-the-children' crap, all set to sterile production. Was wonderful in the '80s but it doesn't work now.

Look, this is really stupid.
You find a smug looking pic and sensationalise it by highlighting his expression and pointing to it saying "look, he's smiling in a funny way! he's GUILTY!" Wait until the verdict - a picture like this proves nothing. It's ridiculous to judge someone as a child molester by the way they look. That's the kind of thing they'd do in the dark ages. "If it floats, it's a witch".

Even the worst reviews of Invincible praised the production. To my ears it's easily one of the cleanest albums I've ever heard. And Madonna may take more risks but ends up with very dated sounding albums due to trying to fit in with the current trends.

Smooth Criminal, especially. Bad is dated. No question. The only track on there that isn't is I Just Can't Stop Loving You. As for Dangerous: In The Closet Remember The Time Black Or White Who Is It Give In To Me Will You Be There Keep The Faith and Dangerous all sound as fresh today as they did twelve years ago.

Erotica is dated, yes, but definitely not on a Bad scale. Songs such as Like A Prayer, Secret, and Frozen still sound timeless. All I'm saying is Madonna progresses artistically, is adventurous enough to try new things - even if they fail (American Life), and actually doesn't conform to current trends, like you said. Going from Bedtime Stories R&B lite to Evita-era AC pop to Ray Of Light electronica/techno to the intimate, acoustic feel of American Life is not conforming to trends.
