i didn't know what reaction to have when i heard the through the fire thing earlier this year. i was just like, this is so bad. why. i mean classic song, great vocalist, and they turned it into that. again, why.

But hey, at least his song is mo' decent than that British band who messed up Chaka's "Ain't Nobody" which is one of her fave.

Kelly Price covered the song "Ain't Nobody" too(she can be seen pre4ming this song in Queen Latifah's movie "Bringing Down The House") but her version is much mo' betta.

LOL Everytime I hear somebody sample or cover Chaka I think of Sinbad's words "Singing Chaka's songs is a damn waste of folks's time".
