Have you guys heard Aretha Franklin's new single "Wonderful"? I heard it on the radio and Wow,this song is great!! The best Aretha single in years.I like the fact that it sounds very Old School...no silly hip-hop nonsense,no guest rapper,no trendy "modern" touches.It reminds me of those breezy,soulful R&B hits of the 70s.I like this song alot better than the album's first single "The Only Thing Missin".

I think I'm gonna go out and buy her new CD!! What does the rest of the album sound like?

Actualy the BEST song from the album is the self-titled song So Damn Happy, its a vintage Aretha's RnB ballad that u guys will love. My girl Mary contributed 2 songs 4 the album (and sang back-up too).


And yeah the song "Wonderful" is pretty,,,the MOST MESSED UP thing is there's no promotion whats so ever 4 this album.

There're no interviews, no videos, no articles,,,nada! what happend?

The last album "A Rose Is Still A Rose" got alot of promotion,,,why not this one?

I agree...there is virtually NO promotion or marketing surrounding this 'wonderful' album.

Aretha is getting NO respect but that's ok...since it's release, the album has been steadily selling on it's own. Word of mouth on this record is what's selling it!

GO GET THIS ALBUM!
