Oh my goodness! I'm wet just thinking about it!

Reuters is reporting that Janet and Outkast, among others, will be performing at the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show, according to their sources.

MTV will produce the halftime show for the 2004 Super Bowl airing on CBS, according to an Associated Press report.

"We plan on even more unexpected music performances that will go down in halftime history," Van Toffler, president of MTV and MTV2, said in a statement Monday.

MTV produced the halftime show for the 2001 Super Bowl, which also aired on CBS and featured Aerosmith, 'N Sync, Britney Spears, Nelly and Mary J. Blige.

America Online is the halftime sponsor. The Super Bowl will be held Feb. 1 in Houston.

i was hoping to be greedy and have the entire show be janet. now i'll have to share the time, LOL.

Lol, I know, right? But since there usually is more than one performer, I think Outkast is a great choice. There's most likely going to be more people, too. I'm thinkin' Prince would be amazing with them, but I don't think that's gonna happen, lol...
