LA child welfare agency says MJ allegations unfounded

http://www.thesmokinggun....memo2.html

The boy at the center of this, plus his siblings and his mother denied anything inappropriate happened in a previous investigation.

So howcome this is not being reported on CNN? hmmm Howcome I have to read this on prince.org? I am really curious about what "evidence" they do have on MJ and how they plan to proove this case. If charges oare ever filed...they still have NOT officially charged him.

hmmm very very interesting...

actually, this sorta doesnt prove anything...the mom could just claim at the time she wasnt aware of what occured..

but then, this boy dying and all is going through some major shit...he could be so fucked up in the head he could really start believing he was molested...

and lets not forget that a physcologist is the one that got all this out of the boy...how many people have been wrongly arrested because of false analysis? whats that documentary that came out this year about this subject?

All children were interviewed separately. The family has been claiming this week that the boy's brother is a fucking eyewitness to the "abuse". Yet he was interviewed too in this investigation. It's been said that this happened to him when he was 12. Well the boy turned 14 last week, so no later than early December 2002, yet the investigation was carried out in February 2003. They also supposedly fled Neverland by night (LOL) on February 21st (as if that's possible, the place is 3000 acres with top security), yet went back there in March and were seen and met there by LOADS of people looking perfectly happy.

If they say it happened after February, that's pants too. MJ has barely even been there this year, opting for Miami and Las Vegas. He was there to film a few things for that Home Movies special and there for September and October. That we know for sure.

And he hired Mark Gerogas in February. He'd be the stupidest paedophile ever to go and abuse some boy from such a dodgy family, especially after he'd introduced him on international TV and been investigated by the LAPD already.

This report was instigated by the airing of the MJ special but has nothing to do with why charges were brought later. Some other reprt is what resulted in charges being brought. Thats the report we need to see - the report that got this ball rolling.
This report demonstrates no evidence was found of tom foolery in this investigation. I wouldn't be surprised if MJ's people are the ones who leaked it. Thats part of their job defending MJ - discredit the accuser.

Yeah BUT that Video Tape MJ made of the Kid & his Mother saying "nothing happened" was FORCED!

US Magazine has a source that says that when the cops went into Neverland and got a Computer with the RAW FOOTAGE!!! in the raw footage you can hear a MJ Worker/Friend "coaching" the kid & mom to say nothing happened?

Just like the 1993 case! MJ edited a phone call with the first accusers father ..trying to make it look like the father was saying something he was not!

IF you didn't do anything WHY would you have to coach anyone?..or edit video tapes into making it look like someone said something else???

That's bizarre. So let's say he is guilty. These people are just as guilty for accepting bribe money or whatever. I would imagine that the person coaching was probably MJ's lawyer. The law is full of loopholes and shit's gotta be precise. I'm not going to debate about it. In the words of my good friend.. "We all must live our own lives". If MJ gets taken to the cleaners, he will still have more money than I will probably have in this and the next lifetime. He's got his and now I'm off to work on getting mine.

What the f is US magazine?

I thought the purpose of the tape that jackson & lawyers made was to provide protection incase any accusations like this ever came about, as a result of the speculation that arose after the infamous martin bashir interview aired.

That sounds like it would be standard procedure in order to make sure they get the correct wording that could be used as a legal document. It's just like signing a contract, if you sign one, generally you don't write out the contract, that's some lawyers job you just sign on the dotted line. This is the same thing, just verbal which should be even more valuable evidence than a signature which is easily forged.

The situation was probably like this:
MJ & lawyers: "we want you to state that nothing ridiculous ever happened between our guy and your kid, do you object to this?"
Accusers mother: "ok"
MJ & lawyers: "it's all good then, just say this and thats all. thankyou for your honesty and cooperation."

Anyways it was a very smart move on the part of MJ's crew.

Peace!

I have to say, every new story that's coming out lately to do with the MJ thing, is making the accusations/prosecution look more and more shady...

The latest thing I read is that the prosecuting DA Tom Sneddon is being sued for $10m by some Gary Dunlap. For those that dont know the full story, Sneddon is the same guy that led the investigation against MJ in the 93 case and the current one. He's also the guy that led that insane circus parade of cops/fbi up to neverland (cause we all know mj is armed and should be considered extremely dangerous) and then was cracking jokes while reading out the allegations to the media.
He obviously has been pissed that he hasnt been able to convict mj of any crimes and get his moment of crowning glory before retiring next year.

---"The district attorney's office conspired against Dunlap, maliciously prosecuted him, and is guilty of racketeering and witness tampering, according to the complaint.

It also accuses Sneddon and his office of conducting illegal searches of Dunlap's property, violating his civil rights and defaming him.

"In fact, it is difficult, if not impossible, to discern any ethical standards on the part of the defendants; they appear to have been intellectually destitute and morally bereft during the entire sequence of events giving rise to this complaint," according to Dunlap's complaint.

Sneddon, who is preparing to file child molestation charges against pop icon Michael Jackson, said he could not comment on the Dunlap suit.

"I think they did it because I have a history of being a very aggressive litigator," Dunlap said. "I've always been a big critic of the district attorney's office. They tried to get me disbarred before I was even convicted."---

True, but you can't deny the contradictions in this case.I heard there is even a videotape of the mother praising MJ as a "father figure" for her son.Apparently, someone is telling conflicting stories to different people.

So whats your point???
The DA's office is being sued - I doubt if its the first time the DA's office has been sued - I'm sure it won't be the last.
MJ has been sued many many times - does that prove he is a bad person because he has attracted lawsuits?
The only viewpoint you are presenting of this lawsuit are a few quotes from the complaint.
What did the case involve?
Who is this Dunlap?
Anyone can sue - its winning that counts.

Personally, I think that MJ should avoid putting himself in such situations. He may not be able to control his fondness for children, but he can certainly control the way it's presented.

I saw this on Entertainment Tonight too and it's true they did say there is a source saying the cops have the raw footage with someone from MJ's camp coaching the kid and his mother. I guess will just have to wait and see what happens.
