Who would have thought a thump, keyboard and some vocal efffects could create such an atmosphere that pretty much defined kid a..

I like Kid A, but OK Computer hasn't done anything for me, yet. I've got to give it a few more spins I suppose.

What is so striking about this group, is that their music actually has a lot of melody, they just try to portray it in different ways, instruments, sounds.. which makes them so experimental.
Take Spining Plates for example, Im sure Thom wrote that on the piano, thus he plays it on the piano live, but on the studio track he makes sounds out of backward blips and noises, and the melody still stands, just under a different format... and the great thing about his pieces are.. If a orchestra, string quartet got a hold of his music, u would see how classical the pieces can be, which can easily be said that thom is the modern day mozart.. His compositions can stand against a lot of the worlds best and most talented musicians/composers.. if u dig deep enough, u can hear it. Oh yeah, Anyone who wants Radiohead at KROQ acoustic set, I am on soul seek, its in 256kbps and its studio quality.. here is the set list... There There Drunken punchup at a wedding Lucky I might be wrong Sail To The Moon Knives Out Go To Sleep No Suprises Scatterbrain Follow Me Around Perfect Quality. . Yeah, that´s a good start. Do it. If you like those, you can try and listen to the more difficult later albums. See the man with the blue guitar, maybe one day he`ll be a star...
