Yeah, I miss them too. I'd give my left nut to be in a 3some with Scary and Ginger Spice. But then again, I might need that.

Anyways, I really thought they would pull together now and create more music. They could've carried on as a quartet, and maybe even find a replacement for Ginger (you know, that old Jackson 5/New Edition trick ). But I guess that's how pop music goes.

Anyways, I saw that Behind The Music thing, and Mel C was pretty sure in saying that The Spice Girls were over. She's ready to move on with her life and feels that the group was all just a momentary experience. Yeah, OK, hun. We'll see if you feel the same way once the Taxman pays you a visit.

Considering how much I teased certain friends of mine for liking Spice Girls, I actually really miss them, too. Their music was such mindless fun... and even though their whole best buddy/Girl Power image was manufactured, it was really great to see an entire planet again so captivated with something light, simple and whimsical.

Maybe if we wish REALLY hard, they'll get back together.

Anyone see the Beautiful Strange short film (at least I think it was that one) with Scary Spice interviewing Prince?

'Say You'll Be There' is the best Spice Girls song and had a cool video too.

I doubt the band will ever get back together, but who knows?

I LOVE the Spice Girls, even there last album. It was good, cheesy pop music that always brightened my day. I, too, have the dolls, and candy and other random SpiceParaphenalia. Good times.

I will say, I've been happy with Mel C's solo stuff. I could see her pulling off a longterm career- she's got the voice for it.

I thought the behind the music was LAME...if they couldn't get all of them to speak, they shoulda not done the special yet...

The VH1 Behind The Music unfairly knocked Mel B & C's solo careers.

Mel C was on fire with Northern Star. The jam from that album was "I Turn To You." The Hex Hector Club Mix of that song still gets club play to this day.

Mel B was cool on some songs like "I Want You Back (feat. Missy)" and my personal favorite, the Jam & Lewis produced slow jam "Feel Me Now." I still play that frequently.
