She spends more time bitching about money and sales, than anything else. Sounds just like Prince...They should hook up.

Long-winded Excerpt from her site...

"My pay pal is not working right now, because I have to get my driver license in a new state, and get a bank account. Soon. I have just moved to a new state. Sigh... The music industry, the only culture that they have is bacteria. People are lining up to go to dunkin donuts. People have no idea what quality is. Just because someone is famous, doesn't mean that it is quality. Mc.donolds is famous. People don't value quality. I sell my music at a high price because of my quality of talent., and hard work. Because they show disrespect to artists in the world right now, I am only performing for 50 thousand dollars. No joke. They are losing billions of dollars, selling untalented people. They have laid off thousands of people. The majors have no talent on their rosters. If they were "very" talented, they would be able to sell a billion copies world-wide. There are six billion people in the world. I whip the music industry good. There isn't anyone as talented as I am in that biz. They don't know the value of art. They think that music is worthless. They sell people who can't sing, they have no quality. No songs. They are laughable. Art takes alot work. Not just talent. Raw talent is something they don't have. They rely on big studios. They also rely on many talent buttons. Raw talent is worth thousands. I am not the only artist who should up their prices. Music is a real job. For the untalented people who can only play one kind of music, To them, music is selling Burger King. They could barely play one instrument. They are calling themselves professionals, when they have hardly any music skills. If any. I have some raw demos on my site. not all the mp3s are being sold. I am attempting to complete a 4 album set of fine art alone. Music can be fine art. I have written all kinds of music. It is very marketable music. That is why they are going out business, because they don't sign marketable people. I am getting my Petrof grand piano in a few weeks. I am mixing guitar and piano together, and using vibraphone samples, and some harpsichord. The line up of material, is the following: Alternative jazz, folk fusion...alternative, R and B, R and B fusion, mixed with jazz. Celtic fusion mixed with show music and jazz. Rock without drums, with a heavy blues feel. Folk Rock with no drums. Sophisticated music. Complex. Asian folk fusion with vocals. Middle Eastern vibe with show music melodies, and folk feel. Jamacian feel, and vibe with jazz and vibraphone. Classical. Operatic material. Open tunings and unusual urban folk. Show music with jazz feel in the middle and classical influences. Simple pop tunes. I am a work horse and I expect that people can respect and appreciate what real art is., not commericalism. Commericalism is being worshiped by people. People are lining up to go to dunkin donuts, and that says alot about the public. They peddle junk and people love cheap junk. Feel free to give any comments positive or negative., Eres may respond, it might be fowarded and I might respond. The song "finding that girl" is up. It is only a demo. And "days go by" is up, but that is only a demo as well. The paintings of the late Maxfield Parrish are there on my slide show for your enjoyment and education, not for profit. You can purchase his prints on line. Not from me. He has been dead for quite some time. I have a corkboard which allows you to answer questions of the day. Peace to you, Marissa Marchant"

Some filthy dirty rich person who's bored with nothing better to do oughtta buy her music and distribute it for free on Kazaa.

Fortunately for everyone involved (and most of those uninvolved), most filthy dirty rich people have better things to do.

(Sigh) It's not worth it to go off on her like Sinatra went off on Sinead.

In this economy she should be grateful for performing for "only" $50,000.

We'll just grant her the "ORG Throwed-Off Chick" Award.

I am in absolute awe of this chick. She has more nerve than Saddam showin' up at the Bush's for Thanksgiving dinner.
I love how she goes on and on about every little thing she's doing. Can you imagine what her boyfriend goes through?? (Sitting in bed) Marissa: "And so I've got to get this new piano, and my pay pal isn't working, and I'm more talented and hardworking than anyone in the music industry and blibitty blah, blah, blah blaaahhh...honey are you listening? Blah,blah,blably,blah...
Boyfriend:(in his mind, because he probably has no balls) "The next time we go to Niagra Falls, I'll wait until she's leaning over the railing juuust enough and...oopsy daisy!" fuse

I don't think any1 will pay $1000 for 1day. Although $2000 for 4 CDs is value 4 money giggle

Who is gonna pay $2000 for 4 CDs?...no1!. CDs only cost a few pounds (I'm from the UK wink to make including cover art etc. so u can see how much money from royalties this 'singer' would make lol

No wonder no1 in the music industry wants 2 sign them, they would have 2 give them a multi-million pound deal for just 1 album giggle

lol is this 4 real or a joke? lol
