Miss Calypso

It sounds abit exotic 4 an album from 1957 I guess thats why I'm digging in it(or at least from what I heard so far).

I bought this after I came from work 2day and I'ma give it a listen 2night.

What u guys think of it so far? Did I waste my money or is it a great listen?

I noticed that Maya wrote all of the material in it which is kinda exciting!

I don't know anything about this album, but I do know that Maya is one amazing lady. I'd like to know what she CAN'T do. She seems to have done it all from acting, directing, singing and writing of course. I've read many of her books and poems and I love everything so far. She's amazing and talented beyond belief.
