Duran Duran Live Performance: What is your wish list? Okay, now that Duran Duran is wrapping up their "pre-tour" of the US, and preparing to embark on a major world tour next year, what do you want to hear them do? What songs would add into the set that weren't done on this last tour?
My wishes (well, a few off the top of my head to get us started): The Chauffer- one of my absolute faves. Saw them play this on the 1993 tour, but once was just not enough! Do You Believe In Shame?- Truly brilliant, forgotten single from the Big Thing album. To my knowledge, this song hasn't been done since that tour. Secret Oktober- A truly fantastic B side. This song has been played recently, but I've never seen it, so it goes on my wish list! Late Bar- Another early B side. I would love to hear it live! Winter Marches on- Another trackm not played since the 88 tour, this one needs to be revisted. A beautiful piece! Some Like It Hot/Election day- This medley was played on the Notorious and Big Thing tours, and was a great way of visiting the two side projects. It would also be rather poignant right now, in the wake of the deaths of Robert Palmer and Tony Thompson. Okay, that's all I'm going to list for now (I could go on all day if you let me)

Wish list? I agree with Chauffer and Late Bar. "There's an all night party in room 7609..."
They played Anyone Out There once on this mini tour. I'd love to hear it live. New Moon on Monday. Friends of Mine, because they didn't play it for me this time. Hmmm, what else... TIGER TIGER!!! | |

When I saw them in Vegas on the Pop Trash tour, they did Anyone Out There and New Moon On Monday! Sooo cool!
