At last, the long awaited Donny Hathaway Anthology looks set to hit the streets, courtesy of Atlantic Records.
Set down for release - both in the US and UK - in November, the album will be a double CD that takes into account all Donny's essential sides [including the much sought after original version of Little Ghetto Boy], a selection of just unearthed, previously unreleased tracks and an extensive booklet incorporating never before seen shots of the man.

No, it's not just another tired compilation with the same old songs. This CD will actually have very rare tracks, including some previously unreleased material and FINALLY, for the first time on CD, the 3 tracks she recorded with McCoy Tyner for his album "Looking Out". Here is the track listing:

Finally, people get the chance to hear Phyllis's "Everything I Have Is Good"!!! I LOVE this song, yet so many folks have never heard it. And, it's also about time this Donnie collection comes out, but here we are on Dec. 1...has it come out yet?? It did say it'd be released in November, right?
