Vivica A. Fox (Nov. 26, 2003) *Whitney Houston and Vivica A. Fox aren't seperated by many years age wise, Whit's only a year older, but as far as vocals go there isn't a need to mention how bad Whitney is, or used to be. According to WENN, Fox feels, vocals aside, that she can play Whitney Houston on the big screen and paint a positive picture of the sometimes embattled diva. "She has been very overlooked both in terms of music and acting," says Fox. "She was fabulous in 'The Bodyguard' and people forget how great she was. dont u go talking bout Ms Ross... Lady Sings The Blues was an awesome performance...yeah yeah, she didnt convey the person that was Holiday but it was still a damn fine performance.. and Janet...well, i just dont get her. She broke it down in Goodtimes..Was passable in Different Strokes and Fame but...why all of a sudden do her performances come off kinda...wooden.
