Major MJ news on FOX!!! Monday night on the FOXNEWS show "On The Record with Greta Van Susteren", they broke some incredible news that will be the subject on every news show today.
First, it turns out that there are no so-called love letters that has been originally reported by Diane Dimond of Court TV. A female guest(didn't get her name) on Greta's show said she had just talked to D.A. Tom Sneddon an hour prior to going on air and he said that story is false, they have no such letters! Interesting, because on the Larry King show on CNN, which comes on an hour before Gretas, Diane Dimond was on and said she was absolutely sure that the letters were found and they are very damaging to Michael - according to her "sources". Ms. Dimond was challenged by the other guests and Larry about her sources but would only say that she "knows for a fact" the letters exist. Wonder what she will say tonight on Larry King. Second, the even bigger news is actually true. Turns out that on the plane that MJ charted to go from Vegas to Santa Barbara, two hidden pinhole video cameras were discovered installed in the plane's passenger cabin during a routine inspection after the flight by the charter company's crew. One was installed in the front showing the whole seating area and the other was in the back showing the opposite view. The charter company said they don't know how the cameras got there but since they found them on their plane, they now own them and the one hour of video that was taped of MJ and his attorney. It was another guest on Greta's show that broke this news and he saw the video. He said Michael was not sick, puking, scared, nor asking that the plane fly to South America, as has been widely reported. In fact, he said Michael looked very calm and collected the whole flight and was sitting across from his attorney talking. Now someone who has the tape is trying to broker it to the highest bidder. But the other attorney guests on Greta's show were stunned at this news and said whomever planted those cameras are going to be up for Federal prosecution and a huge civil suit. They all agreed the violation of attorney client privilage and wire tapping charges will be very stiff whether the tape is sold or not. And everyone agreed Michael can sue for 10s of millions of dollars and would win hands down. The other guests were so taken aback by this news they couldn't elaborate enough how serious this video situation was and could be an even bigger story. The charter company is denying any knowledge of who may have put the cameras there but I think they are the ones trying to sell the tape. Be interesting to see where all this goes. And the lawyer of Gavin's mother who was her lawyer during the divorce case said that she was talking very nice about MJ until May. Dimond said something about February.

Unless someone produces the video this is just going to be another of the million of MJ stories. This is not a bigger story then MJ kissing little boys. Some one secrely vedeo taped MJ - big deal. Conspirary theory...makes front page news and takes the main news of Iraq and the constant killings and death in Iraq and the rest of the war news.
Government coverup...hence cameras in planes. Its all been scripted and timed and now MJ's case will be in the news for a long time!! | |

Fox isn't lying. The tape is real and it's been barred from release.
--- LOS ANGELES - A Superior Court judge Tuesday issued a temporary order barring a company that leases corporate jets from releasing secretly videotaped footage of Michael Jackson (news) talking to attorney Mark Geragos as they flew from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara for Jackson's surrender to police. The tape's existence came to light when representatives of Santa Monica-based XtraJet showed it to several news organizations, saying they had found two videotapes aboard one of their jets and wanted to know whether it was legal to distribute or sell them. "What we understand is that there were possibly two cameras positioned in the cabin," said attorney Brian Kabateck, who is representing Jackson. He said an XtraJet attorney denied in court that the company placed the cameras in the plane, "and we think that's just ridiculous." Charter company officials had told the Los Angeles Times they were trying to determine who videotaped Jackson and Geragos. Fox Network reported Monday that the tapes showed Jackson looking "calm, often smiling or laughing." Meanwhile, an attorney who represented the mother of Michael Jackson's accuser in her divorce from the child's father said the family never indicated to him that Jackson had sexually abused the boy. Attorney Michael Manning said Monday he remembers the mother saying positive things about Jackson as recently as April or May. "'He was really good to us' — that's what she said at the time," Manning said. Asked if she had said anything else about Jackson, Manning added, "Nothing bad. ... If it turned sour, I don't know how." read the rest here: http://story.news.yahoo.c...el_jackson | |

Im so glad that these stories are getting the airtime they deserve to counter all the negative shit the press is so gleefully spewing about Michael Jackson.
The people who REALLY disgust me are the ones who believe (without evidence) or who WANT Michael to be guilty. Why would you WANT a child to have been molested ?? Just to see Michael go down ?? Those people are disgusting. The ones who rub their hands together at the thought of anything incriminating coming to light. Seen the most recent development ?? The boys mother sued JC Penny saying the guards beat her son and tried to sexually assault her for walking out with clothing. Im really backing MJ on this one, and I hope everyone whos on TV proffessing to be an expert, proffessing to have inside knowledge gets sued for all they have. As MJs lawyer said "the hammer is coming down" . Good Luck Michael Jackson. " We Can Learn From Monkeys!! " | |

Funny how Diane Dimond was nowhere to be found on any of the evening cable shows. She was on Access Hollywood however, claiming her life had been threatened back in '93 and she is concerned now that she is so actively reporting/investigating this new case. Since she was on every show talking about her "absolute knowledge" of the so-called love letters and their damaging evidence, lets play victom when your credability might come into question.
Watched several cable shows tonight and various guests were still referring to the love letters when discussing the evidence in the case. People do your homework, they don't exist and never did. Finally, on Larry King Johnnie Cochran finally brought it up but it wasn't mentioned beyond that. Just goes to show that even though the correct information has been out there for 24 hours, people continue to spread wrong information left and right. | |

Diane Dimond is really just a stank ho. That's all I have to say "That...magic, the start of something revolutionary-the Minneapolis Sound, we should cherish it and not punish prince for not being able to replicate it."-Dreamshaman32 | |
