Floetry's "Floacism Live"

Did anyone cop this disc?

I'm seeing no threads on this album and it was released this past Tuesday. I know the MJ thing kinda foreshadowed everything else, but I'd love to hear peoples opinions on this record if they have any.

How's the bonus DVD? Are the live performances good?

Let me know.

but could someone please explain why all these r/b acts bust out with Live discs right after awesome debuts? Shouldnt they wait to build up a decent catalog?

Jill Scott
Eryka Badu
Rafael Saddiq
Lauren Hill

I don't have the disc but I have seen the live performances from the DVD of It's Getting Late and Say Yes and they were excellent. I feel I totally slept on them.

Don't know about the others, but the Jill Scott had a lot of unreleased stuff on it, so I thought it was a worthy release. A live albums a live album, if the versions are different etc I think its nice to have, at least its not a greatest hits album.

Both Erykah and Jill's live albums were the bomb. After I got Jill's album, I never listened to the original album again.
