Well they haven't "officially" confirmed any of that. They haven't even confirmed whether the accuser is male or female! But it's looking bloody likely to be Gavin.

When I saw that special with Gavin, I thought it was wierd how he was all over Michael

The charges are for lewd acts on a child under 14. Isn't Gavin a little older than that?

They could be referring to Gavin because I found 2 old articles online from after the airing of "Living With Michael Jackson" that said he was 12.

I loathe my own thread! I didn't have the intention of spreading gossip like a tabloid. I wanted to prompt verification of the truth from other orgers in the know, but at a glimpse my thread appears to be speculation presented as fact.

If you watched everything yesturday.. after awhile the reporters would slightly slip up and give hints.

* I started to notice in the mid morning all of a sudden they started to blur out Gavin's Face in all the Bashir Clips! (but earlier in the morning that same station just showed the clips like they aired on the Bashir Doc)

* Dorthy Lucy from Good Day Live more or less said it was him.. she is a Entertainment moron who basically just said waaay more then any other REAL Reporter (all the real reporters by 11:00am where hinting) BUT Dorthy more or less said to much.

* The Cops were looking for the Raw Footage from the Bashir Doc/ Rebuttle

* Make a Wish Kid / Cancer Kid

BUT... who is the other Kid??? Maybe one of those Brothers in the Bashir Doc with Gavin?

You know IF Jackson did this.. to a "Make a Wish" Cancer kid.. that is SICK! To use your fame to do whatever the claim is.. to a kid getting over Cancer!! man that is really as low as you get!

By the way anyone who wants to comment on this topic in my mind has no right to until they read the 94 GQ article "Was Michael (or possibly Michael Jackson) framed". Despite the title this is not a biased article there are several points which come across which you will probably not heard such as the boy's father demanding 20 million dollars before the accusations even became public. Or that the boy although admitting he could identify his genitals mantained to the end he had NOT been molested. You must read this article. There is a copy on Steve harvey's website or if you just searched for it on goolge I'm sure you would find it.

Oh yeah by the way Macualy Culkin has always maintined MJ is a wonderful person, not child abuser and is still his friend to this day.
