After the accusations were made by the mother she returned to Neverland, and MJ has evidence of this

MJ states that he has witnesses, namely his 24 hr staff and nannies

What I don't understand is- if MJ is so innocent, and they don't have any substantial evidence, why did he have to go through a formal arrest? And yeah, he is fighting it and claiming innocense, but then why should he have to "surrender" to authorities and pay 3 million dollars? I don't understand that...

Because thats the way the law works - it happens in every single case throughout europe and the US, WAKE UP!

and because president BUSH needs something to deviate the attention from his crimes commited against the people of the United States and the rest of the world
