Michael Jackson - The Prosecution

Holes are already beginning to emerge in the prosecutions case!

No evidence was found at Neverland, except for a shirley temple throne, some teddy bears and a signed pic of macauley culkin

The mother, mjs accuser, has a history of mental health problems

The boyfriend is on drugs

Two lawyers turned the mother down as they felt there was no case

The lawyer representing them has publicly admitted she doesnt like MJ and MJ once told her to "go to hell" therefore, she has a personal vendetta against him!

After the accusations were made by the mother she returned to Neverland, and MJ has evidence of this

MJ states that he has witnesses, namely his 24 hr staff and nannies

The above is simply a list of known facts at the moment and is not meant as an opinion as to whether MJ is guilty or not!

What I don't understand is- if MJ is so innocent, and they don't have any substantial evidence, why did he have to go through a formal arrest? And yeah, he is fighting it and claiming innocense, but then why should he have to "surrender" to authorities and pay 3 million dollars? I don't understand that...

and because president BUSH needs something to deviate the attention from his crimes commited against the people of the United States and the rest of the world

think not, think again buddy

what better but to finish on the subject that the war began under...the interview with MJ at the begginig of this SCANDELOUS war...than with MJ being harassed again on the biggest scandal of his life.
