I'm a huge fan of the original and a huge fan of Talk Talk and this version is awful. Gwen just cannot get the same emotion conveyed as the original. her voice sounds like she is forcing it. And the music really isnt too much different. The original is a classic, this is garbage. The original is an absolute classic, I like No Doubt but this version is pants and the vocals i agree are forced and weak. Talk talk with this song and Life's What You Make it, made 2 at least songs that will live 4ever. That guy had a fantastic voice! Luminous beings are we...not this crude matter.

Actually she is supposed to be Jean Harlow in the video. It's a nod to her role in the upcoming movie "The Aviator", the Howard Hughes story-- starring Leonardo DeCaprio. | |

The original was pretty weak, so as far as nailing THAT part of the song, yeah, they did that. I think It's WEAK as HELL. There is NO SHRED of the old NO DOUBT anymore. What happened to the quirky band that put out "I'm just a girl"?
